SalesAs part of the Sales & Marketing team, you’ll help us solve challenges and succeed as you grow and understand the unique needs of our clients and tailor easy‑to‑use solutions to deliver the performance they need.
With this position in Sales & Marketing, you’ll strengthen our relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and think outside the box to unlock new possibilities.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or the location of record within the U.S. with no in‑office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on‑site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.
Position OverviewReporting to the Area Vice President of Sales, the RVP, Sales (Major Market), you will manage, coach, teach, and train a team of major‑market focused sales directors. You possess a strong attention to deal, a proven track record in employee development, and an extensive background in B2B sales.

Primary Responsibilities- Collaborate and establish and execute a sales goal for the specified region.
- Manage a team of 8–10 sales directors to maximize sales revenue.
- Review regional expenses and stay within budget.
- Oversee the execution of sales campaigns and initiatives across the region.
- Counsel each sales director on their monthly sales objectives and weekly activity goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review sales metrics, share updates, and foster collaboration.
- Identify and implement opportunities for team professional development and growth.
- Report weekly the team’s sales results for the month and for the quarter.
- Conduct one‑on‑one weekly sessions with each sales director, with agenda.
- Regularly review team performance to ensure sales and quota responsibilities are on target at the Director and Account Executive level.
- Recruit, hire, and train sales director team staff to required headcount level.
- Monitor sales performance across the region, providing regular reports on key metrics (e.g., revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health).
- Conduct performance reviews and offer feedback to drive continuous improvement in sales effectiveness.
- Take corrective actions to address performance gaps and ensure sales quotas are consistently met.
- Constructively handle or supervise the handling of all customer complaints related to the organization, with an established chain of command for all escalations.
- Contribute regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, and quality improvements.
- 10+ years of experience in sales management.
- Proven experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions as well as large, complex organizations.
- 5–7 years’ experience in all aspects of the payroll space.
