Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Manager based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the daily maintenance operations, including scheduling routine and preventive maintenance tasks, supervising maintenance personnel, managing repair activities, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently. Collaboration with hospital administration and adherence to safety and compliance standards will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management to lead and coordinate maintenance teams effectively
Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of hospital equipment
Strong abilities in Maintenance & Repair to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and healthcare infrastructure management
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualification in engineering, facility management, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an advantage
