- Oversee all activities of the Sales department, ensuring accurate forecasting of bookings and costs
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal company functions to support business development
- Generate new business and foster relationships with current clients, prospects, and consultants
- Ensure sales metrics are met or exceeded, including P&L responsibilities and forecast accountability
- Develop quota and commission plans for the team while managing performance and development of sales professionals
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise software sales and/or the Utilities Industry
- Proven experience in growing and managing a team of sales members
- Comfortable presenting software in front of executives, supervisors, and end users
- Strong leadership skills, including decision‑making, presentation, and organization skills
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution
- Experience with in the utilities industry
- Proven ability to manage the financial aspects of a team, including OPEX and P&L
- Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and sales events simultaneously
- Capacity to drive significant outcomes through efficient use of limited resources
