Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi / and or globally, with flexibility for remote work. The CEO/COO will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of company objectives, managing operations, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include financial oversight, business planning, streamlining operations, fostering stakeholder relationships, and leading sales initiatives. The candidate will steer the organization in a manner that supports sustainable growth and efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications
Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Cost effective Business Planning
Familiarity with energy technology and project development
Firm leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Capability to manage and optimize cross-functional teams effectively
Advanced degree in Engineering, Economics or a related fields preferred
