Leads complex projects; develops plans, assembles teams, manages scope/schedule/budget/risk; single POC for issues; coordinates procurement and material tracking; briefs executive management; supervises engineers/technicians.

• Develop integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage risks, resources, and procurement/material tracking.
• Act as single POC and deliver executive briefings.
• Supervise day-to-day team operations and performance.

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• BA/BS in business/PM/engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Cybersecurity practices in secure environments; MS Office.
• Experience with travel budgets, metrics, and personnel tracking.
