• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience with 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related functions (e.g., pricing, product strategy)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• In-depth product management expertise and understanding of profitability drivers

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
• Demonstrated ability to shape company culture through mentoring and cross-functional projects
• Experience in change management concepts and practices
• Proven track record of developing and sustaining profitability-based product strategies
• Willingness to travel for role-related meetings and initiatives
