A global General Contractor with a strong presence in Chicago’s West Loop is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. This firm delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality, civil infrastructure, and more
, providing exposure to complex and high-profile builds.

Backed by global resources and a strong Chicago office, they offer the stability of a large international builder combined with a collaborative, team-driven culture.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Drive cost control, change management, and risk mitigation
• Work closely with ownership groups, architects, and engineers to deliver successful projects

• 5-10+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Experience managing industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality, or civil projects
• Strong financial management and scheduling experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

  Half days on Fridays
