Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in US Army Ground Vehicle Programs. This role is responsible for providing overall program oversight, coordinating program requirements, management of personnel, and ensuring proper resource allocation to meet all technical objectives. The Program Manager will oversee and manage multiple concurrent tasks across various work locations, along with developing and pursuing program growth and adjacent opportunities and technical proposals.

This position is located on site in Warren, MI with hybrid working options.

• Responsible for the profit and loss of a large complex program.
• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Responsible for serving multiple customers requiring developing and managing plans across several subcontractors.
• Responsible for overseeing a program contained at one primary geographic location however covering remote locations and multiple business functions and employees directly assigned to program.
• Program may require new technologies and use of AI.
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develops new business or expands services with the customer.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Directs the work of employees including management level assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

• Must have 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in Engineering or Project Management; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
