IT Project Manager
Your role, as a project manager, will be to integrate and strengthen Project Management Team. Your mission is to facilitate and ensure the success of our projects, whilst striving for the continuous improvement of your team’s project management methodologies and related tools.
1,200 zł - 1,300 zł a day
Responsibilities will include:
Deliver Planning & Budget refinement
Team management – business change management team
Project coordination and governance
Stakeholder engagement
Communications management
IT functional changes, testing and roll out coordination
Operational TOM coordination
Dependencies management
Testing coordination
Change requests management
REQUIREMENTS:
Communication with senior stakeholders.
Experience with managing expectations, able to prevent and mitigate conflict of interests, managing stakeholders.
Proven track record in end to end project management
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Experience in investment or institutional banking required
Experience in securities services or fund industry as an asset
Experience in financial market infrastructure (swift, platforms like for example Clearstream)
Accustomed to work in global and disperse teams.
ATTENTION TO DETAILS – ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure and to provide practical solutions.
OPENESS – ability to approach topics with an open mind.
INITIATIVE-TAKER – delivering value and products without being constantly monitored.
