About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and visionary individual to serve as the Official Face of the Company
. In this role, you will represent our brand in public forums, build strategic partnerships, and lead interactions with key stakeholders on the path to success.

• Corporate Representation
  :
  Act as the official representative of the company, attending and speaking at public events, conferences, and other engagements.
• Strategic Partnerships
  :
  Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, ensuring mutual growth and collaboration.
• Investor Relations
  :
  Engage with strategic investors to communicate the company’s vision, strategy, and growth trajectory effectively.
• IPO Leadership
  :
  Play a central role in guiding the company through the IPO process, managing relationships with underwriters, auditors, and investors to ensure a successful launch.
• Business Development
  :
  Proactively propose and implement strategies to drive business growth across all potential directions.

• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence.
• Experience in top positions at a bank (preferably Neo Banks), payment system, or payment scheme (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
• Deep understanding of the crypto industry; prior experience in positions related to the crypto industry is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Familiarity with investment processes and relationships with financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IPO processes and an understanding of the dynamics of working with underwriters, investors, and auditors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
