We areseekinga talented, highly motivated leader to join our team based in Singapore. The Managing Director,APACis the senior regional leader responsible for building and leading the APAC business. This role combines business-building, senior client leadership,people leadership, and operational ownership.
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be expected to grow the region commercially while providing credible leadership in a consulting environment, with a strong supply chain or value chain background.

Responsibilities Regional Leadership- Lead epbglobal’s APAC business strategy and execution.
- Serve as the senior leader and external face of the firm in the region.
- Partner closely with the CEO and global leadership on priorities, performance, and market development.
- Own sales, business development, and pipeline growth across APAC.
- Deepen existing client relationships and drive account expansion.
- Build the firm’s market presence, partnerships, and commercial momentum in the region.
- Act as executive sponsor for key client relationships.
- Provide supply chain expertise - you will also help deliver projects.
- Build trusted senior‑level relationships with client executives.
- Provide senior oversight of client outcomes while working alongside the Director, Asia Delivery on execution.
- Hold accountability for APAC P&L performance.
- Oversee regional planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource needs.
- Lead legal/entity and governance oversight for the Singapore‑based APAC business.
- Lead, develop, and grow the APAC consulting team.
- Recruit and retain high‑calibre talent.
- Create a high‑performance, values‑led culture and scalable regional organisation.
- 10+ Years in a combination of Supply Chain, Leadership and Business Development roles.
- Significant leadership experience in consulting, advisory, or transformation‑led professional services.
- Strong commercial track record in winning, growing, and retaining senior client accounts.
- Credible background in supply chain, value chain, operations, or transformation environments.
- Experience leading a regional business, office, or practice area.
- Strong executive presence, sound judgement, and the ability to lead in a hands‑on boutique consulting environment.
- Commercially sharp and comfortable building business, not just managing it.
- Able to lead senior client relationships with credibility and confidence.
- Strong people leader with the ability to recruit, coach, and scale teams.
- Operationally disciplined, with financial literacy and comfort owning business performance.
- Collaborative enough to partner effectively with a strong delivery leader while maintaining clear accountability for the region.

- Location: Based in Singapore, with hybrid office/work from home conditions.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel internationally approximately 10-20% of the time.
- Timing: The successful candidate will commence in the role as soon as possible.
