Country Director Belgium

Location: Town of Belgium

You are the face and driving force behind our Belgian operations. You lead the day-to-day activities and act as a true source of inspiration for our Regional Managers, coaching, guiding, and supporting them to get the best out of their teams.

Your role consists of two key pillars:* **~60% of your time in the field**, working closely with Regional Managers and investing in their leadership development* **~40% of your time on projects**, within our excellence and transformation programs

You translate our strategy into execution and ensure that KPIs around speed, customer satisfaction, productivity, and sustainability truly come to life in our restaurants.

You actively contribute to building a clear operations plan and ensure it is not just theoretical, but effectively implemented and delivering results.

With your financial mindset, you foster a
** P&L-driven culture
** where ownership and accountability are central.

You act as a mentor and sparring partner for Regional Managers, helping them grow in their role. A strong focus lies on developing their leadership skills:
* how to motivate teams
* how to lead effective performance dialogues
* how to increase ownership at restaurant manager level
* how to build stronger, more autonomous teams

You tailor your approach:
* for
** junior Regional Managers**, you provide hands-on coaching and close support
* for
** more senior profiles**, you help them grow into future leadership roles

You do this by working alongside them
** in the field**, while also maintaining a presence at the office. We expect around one day of remote work per week — ideally, you are in restaurants, on the road, or with your team. This is
** not a typical office role**.In parallel, you are the driving force behind improvement initiatives and excellence waves that continuously make our operations smarter, more efficient, and stronger.

You ensure the right people are in the right place through a strategic staffing plan across all regions, and you support managers in their people management.

You collaborate closely with teams such as
** Quality, People, and Operations
** to elevate performance across the board.

You translate growth opportunities into concrete initiatives, in close collaboration with the Guest Acquisition team.

You safeguard a consistent quality standard across all restaurants and throughout the entire operational chain.
* Minimum
** 5 years of experience
** in a similar role.
* An experienced
** people leader
** with a strong track record in coaching and developing teams.
* Experience in hospitality, food service, or retail is a plus, but
** not a must**.
* Experience in a fast-growing environment.
* Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L responsibility.
