REMOTE Senior Project Manager​/Program Manager

Job Description

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the migration to a critical third‑party Customer Service application

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery

• Improve project structure and delivery discipline where prior execution has stalled

• Coordinate delivery across multiple work streams

• Ensure business strategy is effectively planned and executed by partnering with Business project managers and Functional leads

• Track BHE deliverables from internal IT teams and coordinate with business partners on testing needs

• Coordinate infrastructure readiness, hosting, environments, and deployment planning

• Drive System Integration Testing (SIT) coordination, UAT readiness, and go‑live planning

• Communicate project status clearly to leadership, including C‑level, executive‑ready reporting

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables

• Preference for candidates located in Omaha, NE;

• Remote candidates considered if highly qualified and willing to travel to Davenport and/or Des Moines 1–2 times per month

• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager;
  Program‑level experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience managing large, complex programs ($100M+ budgets, 200+ resources)
• Strong Vendor Management expertise
• Experience holding vendors accountable to milestones, velocity, and delivery commitments
• Ability to identify schedule risks independent of vendor plans
• Comfortable with candid, crucial conversations to address performance issues
• Experience partnering with vendors to resolve issues and develop mitigation plans
• B2C Application Delivery Experience
• Hands‑on experience delivering Business‑to‑Consumer (B2C) applications
• Advanced Project Controls & Reporting
• Extensive experience in schedule, resource, and financial tracking and reporting
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as:
  Azure Dev Ops, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Unifier
• Or similar project scheduling, task, and resource management tools

  Risk Management:
  
  Experience managing Project Change Requests, including gathering information and presenting cases for change
• Strong ability to identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans - Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M)
