Flex is seeking a BDR Manager to lead a team of 7–9 BDRs, directly reporting to the Head of Sales Development. This role involves coaching the team, managing performance, and driving outbound strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience as a BDR or SDR and previous leadership in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably within Fintech.
Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 OTE, along with equity options. This full-time position offers remote work flexibility with occasional travel requirements.
