Commercial Insurance Manager - Hybrid
Job SummarySeeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Manager to join a team at a well-established, family-owned insurance agency. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals while managing a portfolio of commercial accounts. The position is hybrid, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week after the training and onboarding period.
Compensation Package- Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits:
Comprehensive benefits package, including reimbursements for insurance costs - Work Arrangement:
Hybrid (2 days remote per week after onboarding)
- Lead and mentor a team of Risk Specialists to foster professional growth and performance.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, annual performance reviews, and ongoing development discussions.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Commercial Lines team members.
- Ensure adherence to agency policies, expectations, and industry regulations.
- Quote renewal business and provide minimal support for new business quoting.
- Utilize AMS
360 software for account management and operations.
- Licensure:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is mandatory. - Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management at an independent agency.
- Management experience is preferred but not mandatory; leadership experience is required.
- Account Expertise:
- Experience managing a variety of accounts, including contractors, landscapers, construction, real estate, retail, and restaurants.
- Familiarity with both small and large market accounts.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AMS
360 software is a plus.

- Ability to work collaboratively and drive team success.
