Audit Manager

The Audit Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple audit engagements for a diverse client base while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and timely services. Primary duties and responsibilities include the planning, execution, and oversight of audit, review, and compilation engagements for a variety of entities. Additionally, the Audit Manager will be responsible for managing and directing Accounting Associates in the above-mentioned tasks.

We are looking for someone with 10-12 years of audit experience with an active CPA license. This is a full-time role and is based in Norwell, MA, with some work from home flexibility after initial introductory period.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation strongly preferred)
• Active CPA license required (no exceptions)
• 10+ years of experience in accounting with a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
• Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and auditing standards (PCAOB, AICPA)
• Strong experience in audit planning, execution, and financial statement review
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven client service and relationship management skills
