Key Responsibilities:
• Manage integration and platform engineering teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience
• At least 5 years in high-volume data applications
• Familiarity with concepts in platform engineering
• Effective communication in a remote context
• Strong desire for ongoing learning and growth
