Construction Site Contracts Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Contracts Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product roll-out. This position is remote, requiring 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for optimizing the manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Proficiency in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant experience required.
- Previous data center experience.
- Previous supply chain or operational experience.
- Experience working as a contractor in a procurement role.
This role is fully remote and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work involves collaborating with various teams, including management, production, and marketing, to ensure successful project completion. Performance will be measured through key performance initiatives, stakeholder feedback, and quality metrics.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
