  • Establish and maintain effective risk and control frameworks, including audit readiness, issue tracking, and remediation.
  • Create visibility into HR operational performance through reporting, metrics, and insights that inform leadership decision‑making.
  • Maintain a high‑level, enterprise view of HR initiatives; ensure prioritization, alignment, and execution of key programs in partnership with the Office of the CHRO.
  • Serve as project leader for large‑scale, complex initiatives (e.g., HR transformations, integrations/M&A, and strategic priorities).
  • Ensure risks, dependencies, and issues are actively managed with appropriate mitigation and escalation strategies.
  • Drive cross‑functional coordination and ensure effective resource allocation across initiatives.
  • Define and implement standardized project management and business management practices across HR to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to HR leaders and teams to strengthen adoption of project management disciplines.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve processes, enhance service delivery, and optimize performance.
  • Partner with senior HR and business leaders to align on priorities, manage trade‑offs, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on project and operational matters, balancing strategic objectives with risk and compliance considerations.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive stakeholders.
  • Set clear performance objectives and hold team members accountable for results and development.
  • Build and develop a high‑performing team with strong capabilities across project management and business operations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
