The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff to completion. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

The Implementation Manager proactively identifies risks, removes roadblocks, and drives accountability across stakeholders. They play a key role in improving operational processes, standardizing implementation practices, and enhancing overall efficiency. Success in this role is measured by on-time delivery, quality of implementation, stakeholder satisfaction, and the ability to scale processes effectively.

• Monitor and manage the startup requirements of all new buildings
• Maintain tracking sheets and oversee multiple customer tracking tools
• Provide regular status updates to customers on all start-up related requirements
• Compile and analyze data for daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Prepare and manage internal and customer presentations and meetings
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate different time zones
• Travel to new and existing sites for training and to implement policies at new locations; minimum of 50% travel required
• Hold a valid passport, with international travel required
• Maintain Bank of America and a MyCTW accounts for all travel related needs
• Work from an dedicated home office when not traveling

• SAP experience

For this position, the expected base pay range is $80,487.00 - $. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
