Job Overview

Lead with Purpose, Unlock Your Team’s Passion. LPL Financial seeks a leader to support financial advisors in the Northwestern US territory, focusing on the profitability of the region and expanding to multiple branches.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth.
  • Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction.
  • Support the recruitment of advisors by selling the mission and vision of the Employee Channel.
  • Help transition new teams to LPL.
  • Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of branch experience as a branch manager, operations/service, or administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree with Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses.
  • 10+ years of financial services experience.
  • Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Total Target Compensation: $300,000–$350,000
  • Pay Range: $204,867–$341,445 per year (actual base salary depends on skill, experience, education, internal peers, performance, and geography).
