Salary: $65,000 per year plus a 10% monthly bonus
60% field travel within territory, 40% home office

About the Position

The Regional Manager will manage a field team of Brand Ambassadors across multiple major retail markets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and retailers to understand and exceed client goals.
  • Hire, train, coach, and provide performance feedback to employees.
  • Coordinate activities of team members to meet and exceed visits and project goals.
  • Accurately track merchant visits, events, KPI results and maintain documentation of team productivity.
  • Develop and build territory relationships through networking.
  • Provide daily direction, training, and guidance ensuring team retention.
  • Determine staffing requirements according to client and company directives.
  • Administer and document counseling, terminations and related procedures.
  • Assist in launch-related activities and temporarily oversee extended territories as needed.
  • Attend meetings and conference calls in and out of region as required.
  • Dress and act professionally at all times.
Performance Measurements
  • Team meets established weekly/monthly project goals and quotas.
  • Customer/client satisfaction measured by merchant visits, NPS results, and complaints.
  • Maintain proper head‑count across regions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Business degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of retail and sales management experience.
  • Superior leadership abilities with professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated judgment, initiative, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
  • Autonomous work style with excellent time‑management skills.
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the year to various markets across the US and work flexible hours.
  • Ability to manage by P&L standards across the business unit.
  • Reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM a plus.
