Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned branch leader to oversee the financial advisor support in the Northwestern US territory or Colorado, guiding the growth of the Linsco employee channel for LPL. The role will manage profitability, build strong advisor relationships, and transition new teams to LPL.

Responsibilities- Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth and maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction.
- Support recruitment of advisors by selling them on the mission and vision of the Employee Channel.
- Assist new teams in transitioning to LPL.
- Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability of the model.
- Report to the National Branch Manager.
- 7+ years of branch experience (branch manager, operations, or administration).
- Bachelor's degree.
- Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses.
- 10+ years of financial services experience.
- Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.
- Strategic Agility – entrepreneurial mindset and market advantage creation.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making – customer‑centric process, human‑centred design thinking, and data‑driven solutions.
- Operational Execution – develop roadmaps, milestones, and metrics for continuous improvement.
- Talent Management – recruit, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
- Advocacy – collaborate internally and externally to ensure channel priority.
- Experience in both branch and home office environments.
- Branch manager experience with multiple offices.
- Strong wealth management experience and track record of recruiting and integrating new advisors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence.
- Ability to influence and lead change at all levels.
- Industry knowledge of dynamics and best practices.
Base salary: $204,867 – $341,445 per year. Total target compensation: $300,000 – $350,000. Eligible for discretionary bonus. LPL’s Total Rewards package includes 401(k) matching, health benefits, employee stock options, volunteer time off, and more.
