The Reliability & Maintenance Manager is a critical role to Building Adhesive Solutions global operations. The role reports to the Director, Global Strategic Initiatives and has direct responsibility for providing leadership, design, planning and execution of Reliability and Maintenance activities across our specialty chemicals operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing a comprehensive plan for implementing a robust and sustainable Reliability & Maintenance program, supporting plant personnel as a Reliability & Maintenance subject matter expert and supporting long-term growth and productivity gains with improved Reliability & Maintenance practices.
