Alert Venture Foundry is seeking an operational counterpart to the CEO. This role focuses on freeing up the CEO's time by managing various responsibilities across multiple ventures. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in an operational or executive support role, with proven AI proficiency.
You'll manage the CEO's calendar, represent him in communications, and conduct research to support decision-making. We're looking for someone with strong critical thinking, digital fluency, and an ownership mentality to excel in a fast-paced environment.
The position is primarily remote, requiring 1-2 onsite days weekly with quarterly office visits. Flexibility in scheduling is also part of the role.
