Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing critical departments like Operations, HR, and IT. Your expertise in process improvement and strategic planning will be essential in executing the company's vision while managing risks and supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations across all departments
• Optimize processes for maximum efficiency
• Identify and mitigate operational risks
• Execute strategic plans set by the CEO
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to the CEO
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years in senior operational leadership
• Proven experience in scaling operations and efficiency
• Strong leadership skills with a mentoring focus
• Expertise in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
