Position Overview We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across critical departments, including Operations, HR, IT and other core business functions.
Design, implement and continuously monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Identify, evaluate and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance, business continuity and organizational stability.
Translate the CEO’s long‑term vision and strategic goals into clear, actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
Establish, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, report performance insights to the CEO and recommend corrective actions.
Lead initiatives that build the necessary infrastructure, technology and organizational structure to support sustainable company growth.
Collaborate with the CFO to manage the company’s operating budget, controlling expenses and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and profit margins.
Manage and allocate internal resources (personnel, technology and capital) effectively to ensure all strategic projects and operations are fully supported.
Mentor and guide department heads and senior leadership, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
Act as a champion for the company’s core values, ensuring internal culture supports high performance and drives employee engagement and retention.
Required
Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Proven track record in scaling operations, driving organizational efficiency and managing complex cross‑departmental functions.
Demonstrated ability to mentor senior management, lead large teams and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
Expert knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
Relevant certifications in Executive Leadership, Strategic Management or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) highly beneficial.
