- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline people processes and systems, leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiency and scale across geographies.
- Apply project and change management practices, including development of go‑to‑market strategies, to drive impact across the change spectrum—awareness, understanding, action, and championing—while appreciating company values, local cultures, and diverse stakeholder groups to achieve positive employee experiences.
- Support a flexible, scalable program delivery model that enables dynamic resource allocation and fosters a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience in people operations, program/project management, and/or change consulting within global, high‑tech, matrixed organizations.
- Skills
- Design and support scalable solutions that are tailored to meet both global consistency and local relevance—ensuring they are practical, culturally aware, and adaptable to diverse workforce needs across regions.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders through strategic initiatives.
- Agile and adaptable with the ability to shift between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Clear and compelling communication skills—verbal, written, and visual—with a strong ability to craft data‑informed narratives and presentations that support change initiatives and enable effective decision‑making.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with leveraging technology to drive continuous process improvement.
- Experience with program management tools and systems for tracking milestones, risks, and progress.
