Overview
One Digital is seeking a Growth Leader to drive new business growth across Central/North Florida. In this direct sales leadership role, you will lead producers, recruit talent, build pipeline, and achieve market-level gross revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and directly manage producers to reach individual and market-level revenue targets.
- Own market sales performance, including new business revenue, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy.
- Establish clear expectations, review pipeline and activities regularly, and hold producers accountable to performance standards.
- Participate in key prospect meetings and strategic opportunities to improve win rates.
- Recruit, assess, and hire high-performing producers; develop business plans and conduct candidate due diligence.
- Mentor producers and nurture relationships to help each team member achieve their goals.
- Develop and execute localized go-to-market strategies in partnership with market leadership and marketing.
- Build and leverage relationships with carriers, centers of influence, and referral partners to generate qualified pipeline.
- Partner with Sales Operations to ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and reporting visibility.
- Manage sales pipeline and activities via company CRM (D365) and ensure accurate reporting of lead generation and sales efforts.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales leadership.
- Direct experience managing or mentoring producers with accountability for gross revenue performance.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing sales talent.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to clearly articulate One Digital's vision, strategy, and value proposition.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

- Background in employee benefits, P&C insurance, financial services, or adjacent industries such as HCM, payroll, or technology.
- Experience in a high-growth, performance-driven sales environment as a direct sales leader.
- Applicable professional designations (e.g., RHU, REBC).
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of sales or business development experience required; experience in employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or a related field strongly preferred.
LicensingAn active Florida Life & Health License (or ability to obtain upon hire) is required.
Compensation & BenefitsYour base pay will be commensurate with your skills, education, qualifications, and location. Variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
