Customer Project Manager - Patient Monitoring (Field: Cincinnati/Columbus, OH)

Lead high‑impact healthcare technology solution implementations as a Customer Project Manager for our Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) business, driving end‑to‑end delivery of complex solutions while partnering with clinical and technical teams to optimize care delivery, exceed customer expectations, and shape the future of connected healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HPM implementations, including IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration, across projects of varying scope and complexity. Ensure adherence to the statement of work while driving a high‑quality customer experience.
  • Coordinate and lead cross‑functional internal and external clinical, technical, and sales teams in partnership with hospital stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and strong team performance. Motivate teams to deliver against timelines, quality standards, and project objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans using the Philips Project Management Methodology, including work breakdown structure (WBS), communication coordination, risk management, change management, stakeholder analysis, and resource management plans. Continuously monitor progress and provide clear and timely status updates.
  • Ensure site readiness and proactively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies to maintain project momentum and prevent delays. Drive issue resolution and decision‑making to keep projects on track.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and third‑party vendors through structured updates and governance rhythms, while managing key business metrics such as inventory planning, project cycle time, forecast accuracy, revenue recognition, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct project management, IT integration/implementation, or related experience in managing customer relationships in a healthcare service delivery environment. Experience with hospital patient monitoring equipment and solutions preferred.
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) (or required to obtain within 18 months from beginning of employment).
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, information technology, computer science, clinical, or other related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong, influential leader who effectively engages and aligns diverse project resources and stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements:
    • Travel for business. Approximately 75% travel across the specified geography is required. The average driving time is 1‑4 hours daily. Occasional overnight stays and travel by air and/or train may be required. Further support across the zone is required, and occasional national travel may be required.
    • Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements and comply with vendor credentialing.
    • Work flexible hours (based on business needs).
    • Wear all required personal protective equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual pay range for this position in OH is $90,000 to $143,000.
  • Role includes company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities.
  • Additional compensation such as an annual incentive plan, sales commission, or long‑term incentives may be offered.
  • Eligible to participate in Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes generous PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more.
Eligibility & Relocation
  • US work authorization is required. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work‑authorized visa, now or in the future.

  • Must reside in or within commuting distance to Cincinnati and Columbus, OH.
