ECS is seeking a Red Team Manager to lead its offensive security program remotely. In this role, you will oversee complex engagements, provide strategic guidance to the red team, and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in offensive security operations, including program management, adversary emulation, and penetration testing. A proven track record in managing red teams and exceptional communication skills are essential to succeed.
The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000 annually.
