Join Alberta Business Family Institute as a Centre Manager to champion outreach and program growth. This hybrid position based in Edmonton blends remote work with in-person responsibilities.
As the Centre Manager, you will drive the success of ABFI's initiatives by balancing engagement with external stakeholders and managing the operational aspects of the Institute. You will oversee program logistics and budgets while contributing to establishing strong community ties and promoting flagship programs. Your contributions will empower ABFI's leadership to focus on their research and delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance promotional strategies to increase enrollment
• Oversee program logistics, finances, and effective communication
• Foster relationships with business families and advisors
• Develop and implement outreach initiatives for program growth
• Ensure operational support aligns with leadership goals
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in project management and marketing
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills
• Financial management skills for budget oversight
• Capability in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in entrepreneurial academic environments a plus
