Operations Development Program
* Full-time hours are Monday to Saturday, 8-5
* Onsite position
* Salary:
Starting at $60,000 during the 3‐month training period. After training, you become eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.

* ** Dive into core dealership operations
** with hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I
* ** Master daily store workflows
** through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities
* ** Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen
** by working across multiple departments
* ** Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders
** through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings
* ** Complete the program with deep dealership expertise
