What You Bring- 3+ years of management experience in fitness or related industries
- Proven leadership and sales success with a people-first approach
- Strong business acumen with budgeting and operations experience
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
