• Screen foster youth electronic case files to identify children who may have potential eligibility for SSA benefit programs.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to case workers on benefit‑related matters.
• Develop and file applications with the SSA by gathering supporting evidence, completing forms, and obtaining necessary signatures.
• Manage pending applications by tracking status, providing updates, and facilitating attendance of children at Consultative Exams requested by the SSA.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all benefit activities and transactions.
• Provide periodic training to workers regarding the Social Security program.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day liaison with the client.

• Strong knowledge of SSA benefit programs and eligibility criteria.
• Ability to analyze electronic case files and identify potential benefits.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for supporting case workers.
• Proficiency in completing SSA application forms and gathering documentation.
• Experience tracking application status and coordinating client appointments.
• Detail oriented record keeping and data management.
• Capability to deliver training sessions on Social Security procedures.
• Effective liaison skills for client relationships.

• Associate degree or equivalent education plus two years of relevant experience.
• Human services or public sector background preferred.

Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000. Remote work is available. No supervisory responsibilities. Benefits include medical and dental care, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and bereavement leave. PCG does not sponsor H‑1B or other visa sponsorship for newly hired foreign nationals.
