Lead training efforts in Canada as Align's Area Field Training Manager. This remote role enhances the skills of field sales teams through dedicated training and strategic support.
Align seeks an experienced field sales professional to join our Learning & Development team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our training courses address real business challenges and foster team development. Your work will directly influence the success of sales initiatives in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with field sales leadership to implement training
• Employ KPIs to assess and optimize training effectiveness
• Craft development plans in collaboration with management
• Provide coaching alongside Territory Managers weekly
• Share field intelligence to improve training outcomes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in dental med device sales
• Minimum of 6 years in successful field sales roles
• Exceptional sales leadership and coaching skills
• Strong communicator with proven influence
• Capable of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
