Installation Project Manager - Imaging

GE Health Care has a terrific opportunity as an Installation Project Manager supporting our Diagnostic Imaging equipment business in our Pennsylvania market. With your experience in construction projects, you'll own the delivery and installation of Diagnostic Imaging equipment in hospitals and other care centers starting from the sales order review through training customers on their new devices. This customer-facing position best suits candidates in the Harrisburg, PA area.

• Lead and develop project plan guiding customer preparation of environments with technical requirements, equipment delivery, installation, and calibration activities.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and upscale issues potentially impacting project schedules, customer satisfaction, or GE Health Care operational targets.
• Document project schedules, progress, coordination meetings, and action items using project information tools, including Salesforce, Task Ray, AutoCAD, Microsoft productivity software.
• Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation activities.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, services, and applications teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Health Care Diagnostic Imaging projects.
• Regular travel to customer locations, including periodic overnight stays.

• Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of project management experience, or an associate degree and minimum five years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum two years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate an ability to plan and execute multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate an ability to work independently and prioritize activities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in your home office.
• Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude specifically tailored towards learning and understanding diagnostic imaging equipment, including the technical specifications of various modalities such as MRI, CT, X‑Ray, Nuclear Medicine, and Vascular systems.

• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Six Sigma certification.
• Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades.
• Ability to work with and influence project stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
• Experience with large‑scale project management requirements where deadlines are met on or ahead of schedule.
• Demonstrate customer service experience working in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE Health Care products.
• Proficient with design tools such as AutoCAD or Magic Plan.
