The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and excellence. Key responsibilities include supervising team activities, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Operations Supervisor will facilitate effective communication among team members and address challenges as they arise. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Center, IN.

• Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership and employee management
• Proficiency in operations and operations management processes
• Demonstrated analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or distribution center operations is beneficial
