Job Summary

A growing construction organization in Escondido, CA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial, residential, office, and specialty construction projects. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior construction professional with strong project leadership experience, established industry relationships, and the ability to support both successful project delivery and business growth.

The ideal Construction Project Manager will be confident managing projects from conception through completion, communicating with clients and subcontractors, controlling budgets and schedules, and leveraging an active professional network to generate repeat business and new opportunities.

• Manage residential, commercial, office, and specialty construction projects through all phases from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, contracts, timelines, and project documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business, referrals, and long‑term account growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist with project acquisition through existing industry contacts and client relationships.

• Listed salary range: $120,000 to $170,000 per year.
• Base salary: $100,000 to $150,000 depending on experience plus 10% commission and bonus opportunities.
• Total annual compensation potential: $120,000 to $250,000+.
