- Drive global delivery performance by identifying gaps and implementing measurable improvements.
- Own the Build‑Operate‑Transfer (BOT) strategy, ensuring governance and knowledge transfer while transitioning to a captive model.
- Design and standardize global operating processes to ensure scalability and clarity.
- Manage vendor relationships, enforce SLAs, and ensure performance accountability.
- Lead stakeholder collaboration with Practice Groups, Operating Groups, and People & Culture.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks for executive decision‑making.
- Track financial metrics and ensure initiatives meet ROI targets.
- Operationalize global talent strategy for scalable hiring, onboarding, and delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including BOT optimization and captive capability build‑out.
- Create communications and training materials to enable model adoption.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls, including billing validation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in global operations or a related leadership role.
- Proven experience with global delivery models and vendor management.
- Track record of designing and optimizing large‑scale operational processes.
- Strong ability to hold vendors accountable and manage SLAs.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience in dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with clear executive‑level insights.
- Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments demanding multi‑priority management.
- Stakeholder leadership across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations.
- Excellent communication, including senior‑level presentations.
- Bias toward action and rapid execution.
- Experience driving transformation initiatives.
- Ability to operate across time zones in a global setting.
- Knowledge of AI‑enabled workflows, automation, or process reengineering is a plus.
