We’re partnered with a globally recognized General Contractor headquartered in Chicago that’s looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their growing leadership team.

This firm has been around for over 100 years and has built a reputation as one of the more stable and diversified construction organizations in the market. Because of that setup, many projects are handled collaboratively across all three divisions, creating faster communication, stronger coordination, and a much more streamlined project environment from preconstruction through completion.

Their portfolio spans a wide variety of sectors including industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality, civil, and more
, with a strong emphasis on large-scale ground-up projects throughout Chicagoland.

• 8–15+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Strong background in ground-up construction
• Experience managing projects valued at $75M+
• Prior experience overseeing or mentoring 1–2 Project Managers
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
• Someone looking for long-term growth within a highly stable organization

• Lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
• Coordinate closely with in-house architecture and engineering teams
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project staff
• Drive successful execution on large-scale Chicagoland projects
• $150K – $175K base salary + bonus
• ESOP structure
• 2 remote days per week
• Half-day Fridays year-round
• All projects local to Chicago — no travel required
