For one of our clients, we are looking for an Acumatica Consulting Manager, remotely from the United States.

As an Acumatica Consulting Manager, you will lead a team of skilled software consultants to execute and deliver high-quality implementation projects. You will play a crucial role in managing key performance indicators while driving the overall growth and profitability of the Acumatica practice. This position requires a hands-on approach, actively participating in implementation projects while providing guidance and mentorship to the team.

Your ability to lead by example and maintain a high-performance culture will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and operational success.

Accountabilities:

Oversee the P&L of the Acumatica delivery practice, ensuring profitability and growth through client satisfaction and strong performance.

Lead the team in delivering implementation services that meet and exceed client expectations.

Establish and manage key performance indicators to maintain operational efficiency.

Provide strategic direction and expertise in Acumatica ERP, acting as a subject matter expert for sales, consulting, and marketing efforts.

Support and develop team members through mentorship, training, and coaching to foster professional growth.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners to enhance service delivery and business expansion.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.

2-5 years of leadership experience managing an ERP product line in a VAR environment.

Strong understanding of Acumatica ERP or similar mid-market SaaS ERP solutions.

Proven ability to drive revenue goals, lead consulting teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Experience in ERP operational processes, particularly in distribution and/or manufacturing.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a talent for building strong professional relationships.

Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, and CRM applications.

Ability to travel as required.
