GHJ is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Director. This key role will support the CEO and executive team during a leadership transition. Responsibilities include maintaining financial planning and analysis continuity, overseeing forecasting and budgeting, and identifying process improvements. The ideal candidate has significant FP&A leadership experience and familiarity with PE-backed environments, is a self-starter, and can thrive in restructuring situations.
The position is fully remote, with a salary between $200,000 and $250,000 per year.
