Project Manager, Operations Manager

Summary

Hybrid project delivery + customer success ownership for the customer’s program delivery needs. Owns a large program or multiple strategic projects, oversees multiple consultant teams or team leads, and enhances PMO maturity through process optimization and organizational alignment.

• Lead small to medium scale initiatives.
• Drive PMO standards, templates, and governance refinement.
• Serve as escalation point for customer success managers and consultant team leads.
• Facilitate cross-functional steering committees and executive reporting.
• Improve PMO metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Ensure resource planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
• Lead change management associated with new PMO processes.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Support on systemic customer needs.

• Previous experience managing projects in a Professional Services or Customer Success Department to an external client base specifically within the insurance industry.
• Previous experience as a project or customer success manager, with a background in insurance organizations.
• 10–15 years in project management or customer Success.
• Experience working with implementation partners is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship building and executive communication skills.
• Problem-solving and risk mitigation ability.
• Leadership and coaching ability.
• Comfortable presenting to customer stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support.
• Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise customers.
• Background in SaaS, enterprise accounts, or technical products.

This position requires up to 55% travel. International travel may be required.

Salary range - $105,000 - $140,000
