Join a leading healthcare (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech) insights agency as a Research Director, where you’ll oversee key client accounts, lead strategic growth initiatives, and guide the design and execution of high-impact research projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow strategic client accounts, with responsibility for revenue and margin goals
• Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies
• Act as the main point of contact for client engagements, from proposal through delivery
• Write proposals, develop screeners and guides, and deliver insights-rich reports
• Mentor and support junior team members with 1:1 development and feedback
• Collaborate on company-wide strategy and initiatives beyond your day-to-day role
• Contribute to an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing remote-first culture

What You Bring

• 5-7+ years of market research experience on the supplier side
• Strong command of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience leading full project life cycles - design, field, analysis, reporting
• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with a consultative approach to insights
• Experience mentoring or managing junior staff
• 
  Familiarity with healthcare, pharma, or Med Tech industry dynamics REQUIRED
  
• Enthusiasm for client growth, proposal development, and team leadership
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative environment
