About the Role The Sales League is a fractional sales organization that embeds sales leadership, coaching, and recruiting into growing companies. We're hiring a Sales Director who will take command as the CRO-equivalent across multiple active client accounts — driving revenue, holding reps accountable, enforcing pipeline discipline, and making decisive calls independently.
You'll be the voice of authority and motivation for every team you lead. You'll persuade founders, energize reps, and present scorecards with conviction — influencing outcomes through the force of your communication and your command of the numbers.

Most job posts sell you on the upside. We'd rather tell you the hard parts first — the right people get more interested, not less. This role means 6–8 daily huddles across multiple accounts, coaching and recruiting simultaneously, enforcing cadence on reps who resist it, and guiding founders through tough decisions on how to scale their sales teams. It's demanding, fast-paced, and not for everyone.
But if you're tired of roles that don't let you own the outcome — where you're managing a team but not driving the result — this is different. You'll operate as the CRO founders rely on, scale their sales teams through a proven system, and see your impact in the numbers every week.
- Base: $6,000/month + 10% of net revenue above client sales team benchmarks
- OTE: $160,000–$220,000 once ramped
- Reports to:
CEO (direct line) - Remote — US time zones, CST-friendly
- Lead huddles across client accounts — set the standard, hold the team accountable, and present results to stakeholders with authority.
- Direct 1:1 coaching to diagnose skill gaps, challenge limiting beliefs, and push reps to perform.
- Drive recruiting and onboarding — build structured hiring profiles (Predictive Index), run documented multi-stage interviews, and make independent hiring decisions.
- Demand CRM accuracy (Hub Spot, Close, Go High Level ) — proper stage documentation and forecast integrity across every account.
- Own client relationships — speak candidly with founders, present precise data, and push back with conviction when priorities drift.
- Build detailed playbooks with step-by-step processes and enforce compliance with methodical follow-through.
- Take full ownership of all active accounts with consistent, reliable delivery of every huddle, report, and scorecard.
- Push compliance to documented standards — 20% booking rate, 80% show rate, 20% close rate, sub-5-minute speed-to-lead.
- Build a recruiting bench independently — at least 2 vetted candidates per open role following structured screening criteria.
- Deliver weekly scorecards using standardized templates anchored to defined KPIs.
- 5+ years leading high-ticket sales teams ($5K–$100K offers).
- Managed $500K+/month pipelines and teams of 6–10 reps.
- A persuasive, influential communicator who motivates through conviction — whether rallying a struggling team, presenting to a skeptical founder, or energizing a new hire.
- Meticulous with CRM management and documentation — you enforce data hygiene standards without compromise.
- Experience building structured hiring profiles and running process-driven interview workflows.
- Fractional, agency, or EOS-style organizational experience is a plus.
- Reps hit compliance, pipelines stay flush, and recruiting never stops.
- Clients treat you like their CRO and renew or expand.
- The founders never chase you for updates — you send them proactively.
