Your Background & Expertise:- Proven experience leading multi-channel growth strategy for ecommerce businesses, with a strong grasp of contribution-margin thinking and true business profitability.
- A natural people developer who has coached teams of 8–10+ across multiple disciplines into independent, high-performing contributors.
- Financially fluent and client-savvy, with the ability to connect media strategy to real business outcomes, CAC, LTV, and margin, not just platform ROAS.
- Lead a cross-disciplinary growth team spanning paid social, paid search, SEO/organic, and retention, setting direction, developing talent, and ensuring strong results across a client portfolio.
- Define and enforce a consistent contribution-margin-based growth framework, including channel rationale, testing structures, KPIs, and reporting standards.
- Partner with account strategists on media mix planning and high-level growth strategy for new and existing clients.
- Build the operating rhythms, accountability systems, and QA processes the department runs on a day-to-day basis.
- Hire, coach, and develop direct reports – setting clear expectations and creating a structure where the team can execute independently over time.
- Maintain visibility across all client accounts, stepping in directly for escalations, senior relationships, and key strategic moments.
- Collaborate with operations and finance to manage department utilization, costs, and gross margin targets.
