Pharmacy Benefit consulting firm in growth mode is actively seeking a President or Executive Senior Leader with 15+ years of deep technical expertise in the PBM space. The firm has seen substantial 3x growth in revenue in the last 5+ years. This is an opportunity to lead and scale a respected firm in a rapidly evolving employer pharmacy landscape with ability to shape strategy, innovation, and market impact, while leading a collaborative team and have a meaningful impact to the organization.

The President will be responsible for revenue growth, client leadership, team development, and strategic direction and vision of the firm. Reports directly to the Board and parent company, while serving as the firm's strategic leader with employer clients, health plan partners, broker and advisor partners and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Revenue growth across a diversified model: project/fee engagements, retainer relationships, rebate review, and contract audits
  • New business development and deepening relationships with the broker and consultant community
  • Senior client relationships and delivery oversight: PBM procurement, contract negotiation, formulary strategy, and ongoing PBM oversight
  • Operational leadership of a remote team; build scalable processes to support growth, mentorship, and retain a high-performing team
  • Firm-wide P&L ownership, forecasting, and margin management
Qualifications
  • 15+ years in pharmacy benefits – ideally a mix of PBM/carrier/health plan experience and consulting or advisory work
  • Deep functional expertise: PBM contracting, drug pricing, formulary strategy, rebate management, and/or claims auditing
  • Fluency in how brokers and consultants buy and value pharmacy consulting services
  • Demonstrated commercial track record: revenue ownership, P&L leadership, or meaningful business development
  • Pharm

    D strongly preferred; proven public speaker and relationship builder
  • Track record leading high-performing remote teams
