You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the flow of goods, from receiving and storing inventory to picking, packing and shipping orders. The role requires hands‑on work, attention to detail and collaboration to ensure accuracy and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
SummaryA Regional Distribution Manager (RDM) oversees all aspects of the company’s distribution operations within the West Region, focusing on safety, efficiency and strategy.
Responsibilities- Manage a regional team of operations.
- Oversee safety and maintenance, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, managing budgets and performance metrics.
- Hands‑on management of operational activities and strategic oversight to align distribution with overall business goals.
- Blend strategic planning with daily operational management, focusing on logistics, team leadership, financial performance and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership ability to manage initiatives and cross‑functional process partners, with or without direct people leadership, and deliver results.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the related field.
- Technical/Product knowledge of SAP, BEX/BW, Tableau and WMS.
- Proven experience in logistics, distribution, fleet or supply chain management, often with a track record of supervising and developing a team.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams, and excellent communication skills to interact with staff, senior management and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address complex logistics challenges, resolve issues and optimize distribution processes.
Your Ways of Working include:
- Always On Flexibility – autonomy to manage personal, family and outside‑of‑work commitments as needed.
- Two‑Week Work from Anywhere – minimum one‑week increments for a total of two weeks per year.
- Sabbatical – four weeks paid leave after every five years of service.
Compensation: $60,500–$121,000 + annual bonus.
