OnTrac is hiring a Program Manager, Branch Optimization.

Location: Remote

The Branch Optimization Program Manager is a pivotal leader driving one of OnTrac’s largest transformation initiatives: the Think‑Teach‑Deliver program. This role drives cross‑functional program execution spanning engineering, operations, and technology, ensuring alignment, accountability, and delivery across the full project lifecycle.

This role will partner closely with Engineering (Sort‑Dispatch‑Delivery workflows), Under The Roof (UTR) field teams, Quality, LMO, and external partners, while also influencing policy decisions and enabling operational innovation. Success in this role requires strong program ownership, executive communication, and the ability to drive measurable improvements in cost (Capex/Opex), quality KPIs, and driver experience, while meeting aggressive timelines.

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in last mile logistics
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field
• Proven experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience leading cross‑functional programs spanning engineering, operations, and business teams
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and working knowledge of SQL
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvement initiatives with measurable returns
• Travel up to 50%
• Lean Six Sigma (preferred)

• Program ownership & cross‑functional execution:
  Own Think‑Teach implementation across Last Mile branches, working cross‑functionally to drive success across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Project planning & network‑level tracking:
  Develop detailed project plans at both branch and network levels, tracking progress, milestones, and overall execution.
• Documentation & program structure:
  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability across teams.
• Procurement, sourcing & vendor coordination:
  Partner with Procurement, Sourcing, and vendors to track Bill of Materials.
• Experience‑focused delivery (Associates & RSPs):
  Drive deliverables tied to OnTrac associate and RSP/driver experience.
• Risk management:
  
  Proactively identify risks to minimize disruptions.
• Stakeholder management & executive reporting:
  Provide structured communication to stakeholders, including action items, owners, and timelines, while delivering daily/weekly executive updates.
• Data‑driven decisions & cost optimization:
  Deliver cost/benefit analyses on potential projects to help influence departmental strategy

• You excel at working cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical teams, connecting engineering, operations, and business audiences through clear communication.

• You bring proven experience managing large‑scale initiatives that create meaningful organizational impact.
